StarSpan Cycling is a great place to service or purchase a bike or e-bike. Mike Jones (proprietor) is helpful and knowledgeable. He professionally diagnosed and repaired my wife’s bike. Through discussion I purchased two e-bikes from the shop- an Aima Big Sur for me and an Aima Santa Monica for my wife. I highly recommend this shop if you are in need of service or desire to purchase an e-bike. My daughter even purchased an e-bike that will be maintained and serviced at StarSpan Cycles.

I had to come back and share this. I reached out to another bike shop earlier in the day, and they got back to me after my issue was already handled. They told me there would’ve been a charge just to put air in each tire. That’s when it really hit me how much Mr. Mike Jones looked out for me. Not only did he help me without charging for air, he helped me to get the right air attachment plug and a helmet. Mr. Jones is very knowledgeable in regards to the cycling culture. As in The Hair club for men commercials, Mr. Jones is not only the president but also a client as well.
