STARS is the name but Five should be included. STARS Rehab is five star! I have had many interactions with them for several different athletes and they have been nothing but amazing. From office staff, (Lisa, we love you) to therapist, Eric and Ryan both have been awesome with all of the athletes that I have brought to them. Thank you "Five" STARS for everything!
I had a great experience with Shanna, my physical therapist at the rehab center. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive to my progress. Each session was well-structured and tailored to my needs, with exercises thoughtfully progressed over time so I could gradually handle more load and rebuild my strength back to where it was before. I really appreciated the encouragement and clear guidance throughout the process. Highly recommend!
Shanna was my Physical Therapist and worked with me for consecutive injuries including shoulder issues from years of swimming to a severe compression fracture of the L1. I'm 71 and still very active in the pool. She treated me as an athlete and not a 71-year-old woman in decline. I learned an enormous amount from her about my body and how to keep active and safe as I age. I'm deeply grateful to her for the months we worked together.
