Incredibly rude. My teenage daughter visited Star Nails and the man yelled at her multiple times, made her cry and then screamed at the other customers saying “why is she crying, why is she crying” in a condescending tone. This was supposed to be a special experience for her but it was a horrible one. Stay away.

Coming here gave me a nail infection. Firstly the nails are so thick and just look awful. However, a day after I contracted a nail infection which I’ve had to take antibiotics for. Please avoid this place. Edit: the response from the technician/owner is not only incorrect and trying to avoid the question. I went to a certified dr who had explicitly told me that this has been caused by a nail infection and the correlation is that I had had my nails done 24hrs before, which is primal time for a nail infection to develop.
