Extremely rude staff that are inexperienced with waxing. I left with my legs bruised from the aggressive way the lady waxed. Spent their time speaking in their own language, giggling and laughing at me which made the experience even more uncomfortable.
Mal servicio, lo hacen muy rápido que si estás con poco tiempo es bueno, pero no hacen un buen trabajo. Por otro lado, mala atención y servicio al cliente, muy poco amigables y no te tratan bien si no entiendes o no te entienden.
This was hands down the worst manicure I’ve ever had. I was cut THREE TIMES, causing my nails to bleed which was excruciatingly painful. Instead of apologising or addressing the issue, they tried to cover it up with a towel and gaslight me into thinking it never happened. Complete lack of professionalism and care is unbelievable. Avoid this place at all costs.
If you are looking to relax and have a great time don’t go there, attitude, rude and almost agressive
25 minutes wait, 15 minutes to get shellac manicure and pedicure done. The work is done quickly without any attention to detail. Most of the time the girls working there are rude, don’t want to work and speak bad about customers in their language.
