Fantastic.....was suffering from what seemed like a crick in my neck. Did a top half massage to focus on shoulders and neck area. Talk about feeling great after the session it was amazing. The only negative thing I could say would be it is so relaxing that the hour seems to fly by so quickly and I was not ready for it to be over LOL. I would recommend this to all suffering from any kind of muscle pain. Verna is wondering about taking care of any muscle that may be giving you trouble.
