Tim was fantastic! He said his only weakness was arriving early and indeed he arrived 15 minutes early. Loaded the bags from the house and helped my elderly parents into the car. Tim was friendly and engaging enroute. . At the airport, not only took care of all the bags, but he also helped my parents to manage getting out of the car and onto the plane. He didnt leave until my parents were safely tucked in the plane. Just super care and kindness, well beyond service!

Service driver was excellent. Price was very expensive! 60 each way for a 17 mile drive I am a senior and my husband is a Bronze Star recipient Viet Nam. No discounts !

We just used Starr Transportation to transport 10 different folks at varied times to go from El Conquistador to the airport. What a pleasure working with Tim and Sharon. They were extremely professional, friendly and prompt. They dealt with our many changes/updates at all hours. Their vehicles were clean and nice. We will for sure use them again when in the area. When you need reliability (which Uber and Lyft were NOT), Starr are the folks to use!!

I used Starr Transportation earlier this week. My drivers name was Mike. He was very professional and drove beautifully. I almost forgot I was in a car! I was headed to Phoenix and he arrived early to pick me up to head out. He then waited patiently as I finished up and I did not feel rushed at all, which I don't know about you, but for me it is rare. Anyways, we set out on our way and I felt 100% safe.
