I had been with Starpay for over a year and I have to tell you run the other way. very unprofessional I wouldn't let them file for my dog let alone my business. They didn't file corporate filing on time therefore letting me deal with penalties. Sheryl maybe nice but go to ADP if interested in having your business grow.
I have been using Starpay for the last several years and I chose the company over larger ADP and PAYCHEX because of personalization factor or my small business. After a short period of onboarding and some customer service suggestions with implementation, I am quite happy. My account is assigned to a specific individual who is always so polite and helpful and provides whatever forms I need or can’t find.
