Where’s Clayton Starner? No phone call no follow up. I sent ALL my tax forms in February. See photo, I messaged in March no response. It’s tax day and I call to find out what’s going on with my taxes. I explain to front office and Clayton is busy. I get no response about if they filed an extension or anything. Please use caution when using Tim Starner for processing your business llc taxes. Tim gave us wrong information and we relied on that information as being valid because he was our tax accountant. That information was grossly incorrect which caused us $792.00 in late fees and penalty charges for not closing our llc properly.
