Deeply disappointing experience compared to Tampa Bay Having previously enjoyed a fantastic experience at the Tampa Bay location, where both the food and service were exceptional, our experience at this location fell drastically short of expectations. What a great time we had on board the Calypso Breeze out of Madeira Beach. Food exceeded our expectations, service and music were great. Unlimited wine beer, and punch were a plus. No one onboard seemed to overdo it either. A beautiful night overall

Very disappointed in my experience with this cruise ship. No air conditioner, service was horrible ( server Olivia to be exact) and we were not informed about a Wedding Reception being held on the same day. Everything had to be held back for the wedding. Which is no fault to the bride and groom. But we booked a special dinner for my mom’s 50th birthday celebration and it just wasn’t what we paid for.
