Terrible business. All online advertising is half lower than what they will really want to charge. They will put your payment through, then contact you to let you know the price is wrong. $300.00 ceiling fan was suddenly $650.00 before taxes. Stay clear. They are just fishing for customers and hoping you want the product bad enough to pay the higher price.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased three pendants online from Starlight on Sept 4/25. At the time of purchase, their website said the supplier had inventory in stock. After a few weeks of not receiving a shipping confirmation, I called Starlight to inquire. A gentleman answered the phone in a very monotone, disinterested voice and said he would look into it and call me back. I asked him if he needed my name/order number, and he said no - he had it?? I do not recommend this lighting store as they have poor customer service. I talked to staff by telephone before placing an order. I was told I would receive the order in 3-5 weeks. I never received any shipment tracking. After 5 weeks, I sent a follow up email. No response. A week later, I followed up with a second mail. No response. A week later, I followed up with a third email. No response.
