I purchased a light fixture and unfortunately part of it was broken. I was lucky to have Julie on my side. After several attempts with the lighting company, we received the bad news that this company was out of business. No matter what, Julie continues to find solutions. Please avoid this store. I placed an order in July 3. I tried twice to get a reply about my order unsuccessfully. Feels like they don’t have any customer service support. As of today, August 19, I still haven’t received my order and heard anything back from them. It is better to take your money and buy from somewhere else.
Ordered lights for my house off of their website. I called soon after and they said it would take 2 weeks. Over a month later they showed up. I returned them as soon as they showed up because my house is for sale. They charged me 50% for returning them!!! (25% for stocking??? And 25% for shipping??? I didn't even open the box they were delivered in. I encourage to avoid this company at all costs. I usually try to shop local but its not worth the waste of time and money. If i could they would get zero stars.
I ordered a light on March 12. It is April 29 and I have not received the product, a response to any emails or a returned phone call. All I want to know is if the product is still coming. The customer service is non existent. I've never given a negative review but I'm not sure what else to do at this point.
These guys are crooks I told them to cancel an order because it was not going to arrive on time. It had not even shipped out yet. They refused to do so, and they kept money and I never got the lights. These guys are criminals and should be held accountable for their actions.
