My issue isn’t with the product—it’s with the customer service, specifically the complete lack of communication from Shaun Warren. I placed an order and reached out the very next day to ask about delivery timelines. I ordered a light on May 3, 2026 and it has not arrived. I have been trying to get in touch with someone from the company and no one returns my messages or emails. I have left messages for both Shawn and Andrew.
I placed an order online on March 19, 2026. One of the light fixtures I ordered arrived but the second one did not. I have called and emailed multiple times and not had any response. I would not recommend this company.
Be warned, I would give zero stars if I could. We ordered lights online and only after we placed the order it said to give 3-5 weeks for shipping which was longer than we expected. At 5 weeks we still didn’t have tracking information so my husband emailed them, when we got no response he emailed them again.
