I have been going there for 11 yrs. I had a problem with a preparer making a mistake once but this year takes the cake. I filed with them on the 26th of Jan and here it is the 7th of Feb and still no refund! They keep blaming the IRS but the IRS site said my refund was to be to me by today. I keep calling and getting the same excuse! I People I know filed through Turbo Tax and received their taxes on time. Next year I am going Turbo Tax it so much cheaper and obviously faster.
Very unhappy with service - they caused my income tax to be filed late AND I have to wait another 8 to 11 weeks for my return ON TOP of already waiting 8 weeks to begin with!!
I was happy with the service. I didnt have a problem. It was better than Block.
This is by far the lowest grade tax service in Stark County ! Our taxes were returned for having a mistake by the person at S.T.that prepared them and never contacted us about the problem. So now we are late to file and have to pay for another service prepare our taxes again !
