The property tax payment was sent out by Chase Bank 4 weeks ago and the payment still has not shown up on our account. We sold the house and the money is being held up because the taxes are still outstanding. The woman I spoke to in the tax office was unhelpful and borderline rude. I'd give zero stars if that was an option. Update: it is July 30, our check was sent out on July 2. The tax office says they are still processing June payments. They must have 1 part-time person doing this.
place is a mess and has been since 1996. I'm so tired of business as usual drastic times call for drastic measures...and we're in 'em! The people here are incompetent and irresponsible.
