Jenna Young really helped me regain strength & flexibility following my shoulder replacement. You can tell she really cares about your recovery by the questions she asks & the suggestions she makes to improve your situation. Her sense of humor & pleasant manner made the sessions mych more tolerable! And thanks Cristy Brown for working out a good schedule for me & for your always friendly greetings! Will miss you both!
Jena is great. She knows her stuff. She will stretch you and at the time you wonder but after yesterday's session I am able to raise my arm straight up. 3 weeks post surgery. Thanks Jena!!
