This bank had charged a family friend concerning amounts for an overdraft fee’s almost double the listed rate. My account had been mostly normal but I’ve been hearing more issues arise over time. Disappointing to see
Double charged overdraft fee’s which totaled to 66 dollars, they never gave me a reason, they delayed the whole process until I sat down and waited at the location. Incredibly untrustworthy bank.
Had to switch banks. Deposited checks never came in on time, random fees that no one could explain, really disappointing as I’ve been banking with these guys for awhile
