I have been to several of the starfish homes Indian Ridge. I was so impressed on how clean and in order the whole house is, it didn't matter the time or day I went . The residents are happy and content .Everyone makes you feel welcome and felt like home.The staff treats the residents with care and compassion. Do not take your loved ones to Starfish Care homes. After being told what a great place this would be to move my mother for her end of days, I was extremely dissatisfied. Upon arriving I was not greeted by anyone, the employees did not smile once and what I am assuming are the caregivers seemed so unhappy, also the person, that introduced herself as the manager was very rude and loud. Starfish Village provides exceptional care to its residence. All staff are personable and engaging. Family environment. You feel very at home at Starfish.

This a wonderful place to work for. The owners are very much involved with the residents and care so much about them !
