My family and I have used Mr. Starbuck for years. Last year he became slightly not responsive, but this year he has been completely MIA. I have contacted the phone numbers that I have for him daily for the past 3 months, emailed him almost daily and he has yet to respond to any of them. I am now contacting the Virginia Board of Accountancy to file a formal complaint. Has anyone actually been in contact with him?
I've been going to Gary for ten years or more and have found his service to be thorough and completed in a timely manner.
