This company is very questionable. I’ve done orders in the past & have had problems with receiving my order timely. However, I placed a fill in (12/3) order for 10 cheer Bows & to date have never received the order. As of the end of January I requested a refund and to date my girls funds haven’t been returned. I have written communications from the owner that my refund would be returned and that has yet to happen. I’ve filed complaints with the BBB and the company has ignored their request as well.
