It was a happy and fun experience working with Sunny and Mani. They are very professional and provide great quality blinds. The installation team - Mike and Louise were extremely competent at their job. They arrived promptly and took their time to very neatly install the blinds. They were patient in answering all our questions and provided a detailed demo.
Stay away. They are a big scam. Low quality blinds which broke within 1 year of installation. While selling they mentioned free lifetime service if any issues with blinds. When my blind string broke I called Mahesh(seattle area contractor). He said to share photos and will get it fixed in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later he stopped answering calls. I called Sunny(owner) and speak as a new buyer interested in blinds and tell him I stay in seattle area and he says his men will come next day to take measurements. After spending significant money on window shades and a service contract with a stated LIFETIME product warranty and one-year labor warranty, I am left with defective products and a company that has completely ghosted me.
