I had motorized blinds installed by Starblindz in my condo a few years ago, and I’ve had nothing but problems since year two. The system is made in Korea, and replacement parts are extremely difficult to find. I’ve been chasing the installer (Sunny) for years – he responds initially, but then completely stops replying.
