Liz is such an amazing bodyworker. I took my baby for CST and saw a huge positive difference in my baby during the session and afterward. We also worked with her before and after a tongue tie release and I think it was very helpful. Liz’s energy is just so special and calming and warm. We brought our newborn to Liz for breastfeeding challenges and body tension. She was extremely gentle and calm and worked so well with our infant! Our baby is now able to transfer milk and it is much more comfortable for me to breastfeed!

Liz is amazing. She helped our son relieve a bunch of tension after a tongue and lip tie release surgery, which greatly improved breastfeeding for us. I can’t recommend her enough!
