Liz is amazing. She helped our son relieve a bunch of tension after a tongue and lip tie release surgery, which greatly improved breastfeeding for us. I can’t recommend her enough!
Being familiar with Craniosacral therapy and doing it with my first child, I went to see Liz with my second child and within one session I saw serious improvements with my child’s bowel movements, tension and eating patterns. She provides a very calm, safe, and relaxing environment which helped baby trust in her movements and she was able to address some birth trauma. I would highly recommend regardless if you have the easiest birth or the hardest, Liz is very educated and will help get your baby feeling their best!
