Worse Banking establishment ever. App, or digital banking is pure basic. Unable to connect an external acct, no Zelle, cant pay off a acct with another acct, or over the phone with a acct # and routing #. I live in a different state. Personnel at bank don’t listen or care, hardly answers the phone or returns calls, this day and age they are way behind on mobile/digital banking. And all I wanted to do is pay off my loan but can’t. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANY ONE!

Always been fair and treated me great anytime I need anything. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.
I left chase bank to open a business account at Star USA Federal Credit Union 1.) their website/ app never worked it would never let me in and told me my password wouldn’t work. Since day 1 I have used it 3 times in 5 weeks. 2.) do online purchases they declined 3 times said you can’t purchase online products from California. Fraud department 3.) asked for a proof of funds paper for my realtor and the woman behind the desk asked for email so she could email it to me. She never sent it so I called.
