Star USA has ZERO loyalty to well paying customers. I've had an auto loan with this place for nearly 4 years. I've paid every payment on time - and even though the car has been broken down for nearly 17 months. I tried to get a loan to fix the car by putting up my primary, paid for car as collateral. Even asked for less than book value of that car. They denied my application because of collections on my credit. This credit union provided the worst banking experience I’ve ever encountered. The blonde teller has been horrible and rude to my grandmother, a senior with physical disabilities, on multiple occasions, and the dark-haired teller (the one with the overly-fake smile) from today (5/21 late afternoon) was extremely rude to me when I tried to get clarification on the situation.
