Ordered the car, showed up late, didn't like the atmosphere or car at all.
I'm usually a nervous wreck when someone else is behind the wheel but Shirley made me feel safe. She not only showed compassion towards my fear but she used a soft tone of voice when speaking and kept asking if I was ok. I've never experienced such consideration nor felt such comfort as a passenger. She is truly amazing.
