My husband and I have just used Star Transportation for the first time this morning. Jay was fantastic! He was dressed very professionally. He was very polite. We couldn't have asked for a better driver. The van was so clean. I can honestly say. I have never ridden in a cleaner transportation service van. Thank you, Jay! For being who you are. Because you do make a difference in what you do for others. Mr. And Mrs. RPM.
Had open heart surgery 3 weeks ago. Was scheduled a follow up appointment with my doctor. Presently in rehab recovery. The doctors office, rehab center all confirmed the scheduled ride. STAR neither called or even showed up to pick me up. That is pitiful service!! Do not depend on Star they will let you down.
If I could give zero stars I would. I called day before to schedule an airport pickup and they said to call the driver an hour before my pickup time (early am). Sure enough the following morning I did just that to which the driver kept telling me he’d pick me up in 5 min which persisted for an hour. By the time it was an 1 hr until my flight he said it was going to be a long time… CAUSING ME TO MISS MY FLIGHT. ABSOLUTELY ******** TERRIBLE SERVICE
