One of the driver name Kim blocked the parking lot, I have to call the 1877 number to located her, for over 10 minutes, she finally came to move the bus. Instead to do apologized to me, she was yall to me.

Their dumb app won't even let me book a ride most of the time. It'll say "no rides available". I already have Uber set up as a potential ride on the app, and I already have my bank debit card on the app as well, but still nothing. It won't even tell me when rides become available. All in all, I wish Dart was in DeSoto instead of Star Transit. Update, Star Transit left me stranded at UNT Dallas station for an hour now. Nobody will answer or help.

Using this bus service for a couple of months and everything has been fine for the past three days I haven’t been able to get myself to work on time. Basically, the app is saying that it doesn’t have any drivers nearby. I know other people that use this app that live in Mesquite too & they are getting to work just fine. Not too happy with the service.

Could be a valuable service if they fix their customer service and logistics issues. Wait times are very unpredictable, and forget about getting a same-day trip in the afternoons. Was told by an agent over the phone, they don't have enough drivers and to try schedule all rides the day before. Almost every time I ride, I'm the only person on a shuttle for 10 or more.
