Dont waste your time call uber or lyft useless everything
I had the worst experience with this company today. My mom sat outside in her wheelchair awaiting her ride to an appointment. The ride never came. After 20 minutes, we called to resolve it, and it was the most unorganized, crazy experience I've ever had with any business. If you are handicapped and dependent, look elsewhere first to ensure you get where you need to go. I ignored the bad reviews and gave them a chance to have my own experience. This did not work out well for my family.
Using this bus service for a couple of months and everything has been fine for the past three days I haven’t been able to get myself to work on time. Basically, the app is saying that it doesn’t have any drivers nearby. I know other people that use this app that live in Mesquite too & they are getting to work just fine. Not too happy with the service.
