The theater is old and pretty worn, the seats are some what uncomfortable. But they mostly all have a good view of the stage. The only thing that really bothered be is that when ever a loud car or loud bike would pass on the street outside the noise would echo into the theater and disrupt the experience. Bathrooms were clean.

Watched the Fever Candlelight Tribute for Juan Gabriel. Beautiful display, excellent musicians. For larger groups, be mindful that sections C and B requires a few steps so if you need accessible seating I suggest purchasing section A so your group stays together.
