I never post reviews, but after the third negative experience in a row at this place, I felt compelled to. This place used to be really good but I think they changed management recently in the past few months. First negative experience: appointment cancelled on the spot despite getting a confirmation text the day of. Second negative experience: the massage provider apologized mid massage for being too big to walk on my back (which is the normal practice). Jojo was my therapist and the entire experience was incredible. She asked me for feedback on pressure and discomfort while focusing on the tight spots. Really good communication and a perfect massage. I feel the soreness washing away. Highly recommend.
