I do not recommend this place, my family and I had an appointment to file our taxes and waited for close to an hour, we called and left messages several times and no answer. When they finally answered we expressed our frustration to Evelyn and she giggled as she asked someone next to her if they should show up at all. Extremely unprofessional and sketchy.
Dont recommend this place ..Worst place ever .. they didn't give me wat the irs sent ..came back to talk to the man about refund and he started running his mouth like a girl ..I didn't even sing no papers to file my taxes I ask for a estimate only and they sent it with out my consent..I'm definitely reporting this place nothing but fraud..
I Do Not recommend this place to go do your income taxes!!! The lady Ana Gallegos wasn't even at her office when I went to file my taxes and so I called her office and she told me to go later and made up a bs story why she wasn't there. When she does them she'll lie telling you your income will come in 1 week and its been almost 4 weeks now and I went ahead and called her because she told me to call her and she wasn't even there again on a business day!
