Absolutely a bad company. 2 days in a roll they haven’t pick up my son. You call they don’t pick up and if they do the lady on the phone is rude. I don’t know how companies like this are allow to deal with kids with autism. Horrible
I used to work there before it became Star Shuttle, I was there for 5 years as a bus aide, The name was pupil Transportation. My old Bosses Lillian Baxter and Bill Mc'Duffy until I was in a bus accident And I was the superintendent of a building 75 Carnegie Avenue I loved it there witsh I could go back.
