Fantastic fast last minute service to my door drop off, great rates and clean new cars. Will definitely use again.
Absolute rubbish, drop off was fine car was clean etc and even dropped car to me. Two days into rental I get a call from an angry owner stating my charge did not go through as he processed the wrong amount so needed to redo. Upon checking my bank, he took one payment which was quoted at time of rental, then another charge slightly less and now threatening me with police because I refused to pay another amount of $200 for a 4 day rental - $ 600 mind you he authorised $500 on the first transaction for deposit and stayed hr wan... read more

Very Highly recommended. Hard to believe this is car rental! Our vehicle was delivered to our accomodation, ready to go. Handover was simple and friendly and the return was as easy as leaving the keys with reception for the pickup to be done without requiring us. Great rates with full insurance and free baby seats and no mucking around. I wish every rental car experience was like this! Thank you Jian for helping to make our holiday stress free!
Car was fine & price was ok but after him telling us we didn't need to clean the car just all rubbish out, he texted us and took $77 out of my account for cleaning services sent photos claiming there was stains on the carpet( you couldn't see anything ) & finger marks on the car door they will get whatever extra they can from you take photos before you take it or don't rent from them at all !!
