What an amazing company! They generously donated a swing set up to Camp C.A.M.P. (For special needs kids) after the camp had a devastating flood and lost everything. This was well out of their region and they had no reason to help other than a desire for all kids to have fun outdoors. Thank you! I highly recommend STAR!
Not sure how Erin Star got my email. But I've blocked it like 10 times and still get spam emails from her.
I called this morning and Hannah answered my call right away. She was very helpful. I was unsure of the manufacture of the play system I currently have and she offered to allow me to send some pictures so she could tell me where it is from. Thank you! I really appreciate the help.
Extremely disappointed with this company. If we had know then what we know now, we would have never done business with them. They don’t return e mail or phone calls. I even went up to the CEO for help but no answer. If you want a company that will take care of your needs and be respectful of your time, and return your calls and e mails, this is not the one. Sorry!!
