I showed them the one that did work in my car so they could see what the issue was with the one they sold me, the pin was shorter and was not making contact with the power in the socket so would not charge my mobile. Do not go there. I went because I needed a case for my phone, and they only gave me one option, with a sliding back where you can put your cards. I was afraid that the back could get open by itself, because it seemed weak and not secure. They told me that it was good quality, and that I would have no issues. I asked the price, they told me 50$, as I said I was willing to pay only 30$. They told me ok, I can make you a price for 45$, as I said I would only pay 30$. Sold me a faulty apply watch case, went into the store and was told refunds are not available. Even after admitting the product was defected. Not sure how they can get away with selling defected products and not issuing refunds. Robbed me of $50
