No stars, the amount of damage, destruction and theft from this company, on a job ran by the manager, Kevin Reid...RUN! this started bad when Kevin nor the frint desk woman wouldn't fix the inventory.When I called in to explain that the inventory was off. They showed up at almost 4 pm on a 10 am delivery. Try to heave a 6ft bookcase over their head on a hydraulic lift on the back of a truck to end with the EMS coming yo my house. I had an amazing experience with Star Movers! Pat, Rello, and Trell were absolutely incredible, punctual, friendly. They truly cared about everything they were moving. They took the time to make sure all my items were safe and arrived in perfect condition. My two movers did a great job. They were also friendly and were personable. They were on time and came in under the budgeted amount.
I was in a bind , I had hired another company. They scammed me. Never showed up and kept my deposit. I had to find someone that day. My daughter spoke to STAR movers. Kevin said that they would fit me in. Joe and Patrick showed up that evening. They loaded up quick and efficiently. Drove to Chesterfield and unloaded. They were great! Very respectable. I highly recommend this company
