Communication was poorly handled. I was looking forward to mi experience and I was contacted twice to get rescheduled, then out of the blue am refunded through Groupon…like 🤷🏽♀️?!?
If I could give a zero star I would. Purchased massage on Groupon and crystal canceled on me 3 times after rescheduling over the course and of 2 months. Groupon will not refund money because it’s been 30 days since my purchase. DO NOT PURCHASE GROUPON !!!!
I"m so very sorry there is not a 0 stars this scam defiantly deserves a 0 stars..You book it on groupon...pay your money..one to get no response from Star Massage & bodyworks so you call them non-stop...oh course they don't answer their phone & it goes directly to the answering machine which says their messages are full call back. This business seems to be a scam, purchased a Groupon for my partner and we can not contact anybody there to get an appointment. Phone goes to voicemail, mailbox is full, no response to texts. Not to mention lack of contact info on Google.
If I could give ZERO Stars, I would. I’ve tried numerous times to contact this merchant for an appointment and it goes to a voicemail box that’s full.
