My first time there yesterday and at first it's confusing. But the staff gave me a map. I'm very biased because I worked for Star for 12 years and am brand loyal.
Absolutely the worst. Rude store personnel. The clipped coupons don't register. Safeway needs to improve their website. Would anyone else be interested in a lawsuit against them for false advertisement. The digital coupons don't work when I get to the register.
New white staff makes service at this store worst and worst each day. Today when I asked for help to apply 50% discount, the shop assistant scanned bread twice, as a result he billed me for $8. After carefully reviewing I found his mistake and asked to fix it, he billed me $5. He was pretty rude blaming at me that I already got a discount. I called him again and asked to calculate 50% of $7, he was not able to. Finally, I asked to cancel everything and scan it from scratch.
