Let me start at the front door...escalator – NOT working. 11AM weekday ... NO sign of anyone trying to get it fixed. A young couple with a baby stroller showed up and left. Luckily, my legs work and I went up the stairs. No one at the curtesy desk to ask about the 'dead' escalator.
