I love this Star Market. The employees are kind and fast and friendly, and the variety of products is great. Also, they secretly have one of the best bakeries around.
The Worst!!! The Cashier acted if I was bothering her to do her job. While she stat there stuffing popcorn down her throat. She did ask if I wanted a bagged and tossed it on the counter. Not to mention some of the folks stocking Shelves don't do the job if you don't like it!!!!!! I understand it is early morning hours but if a Majority of the staff treats customers like Dirt, than someone needs to look at the Managment staff!!!!! We want to blame the workers most of the time but alot has to do with Management.
Good store. Pleasant help. I always find what I'm looking for. Thumbs up.
New managment is horrible. Employees are complacent and don't realize they are there to help and answer questions not to act bothered that I am asking for assistance. Bakery has new management and it shows! Never seen it so bad in the ten years I've been a customer. Biggest complaint is that new store manager is not a people person and if he speaks to other questions with a dismissive tone as he does with me hopefully he will be transferred.
