I like their products. BUT - They advertise their pens for say .68 cents each - YOU run your card - BUT that stops there! They process your order, Double the costs! Then bill you later for twice the amount you were going to spend, after it arrives! Yes and they are in TN and I live 50miles away! It has happened several times to me! I call that deceptive, sneaky and lyres! I would buy more, BUT not now. Beware they want your money. Sorry NATIONAL PENS.
First class service. 4 star quality product. Don't allow your customers to borrow this pen, as they will want to keep it!
I wish I could give less than 1 star. I have been in the printing industry for 40 years now - This is the WORST company I have EVER dealt with. GOLDSTAR - SIMPLY GOLDSTAR - or whatever banner they hide under does not care about you, your client or offering anything close to customer service. 33 emails and numerous calls trying to get an invoice with correct company info on it has been useless. I will not pay a bill that does not have correct info on it - I have asked for shipping labels to send the wrong pens back so I don't... read more
