Called to schedule a payment arrangement, then the lady Peggy yelled at me and said if I couldn’t afford my monthly payment then I didn’t need to borrow money from them. Worst customer service ever.

You know the company has got to be good for me to give it the whole 5 stars. I never give 5 stars, because then there is nothing to work towards, however the ladies at the Price Branch are remarkable. They are friendly, helpful, and just a great place to re-establish yourself. I went in needing desperately to rebuild my credit, and in the few years that I have had loans with Star Loans, I am now looking at purchasing land and building me a house on it, all because this great company helped by reporting to the credit bureaus.... read more
