I am going to be brief. I would not let anybody reside at their new location. Just one example, one day I had to go to my house to retrieve my dad's medication since nobody was available to give it to him at the retirement home. The person responsible to give it to him showed up over 2 hours later then his schedule to get his medication. I had a serious discussion in the driveway with the owner when I was heading home.
Just got doing doing clinicals here and was blown away by the level of care given to each resident by the staff. They make them home cooked meals every meal and the place is super clean. The staff were always really nice, really helpful and treated these residents like they were their own relative. Amazing place.
They take great care of their elderly patients.
