I wish I could share a positive experience but unfortunately no. I was not greeted upon entering the store. I was left to search aimlessly as the attendant just sat at the register. I grabbed a bottle and cups. The cups rang up at 4.99 and I stated that is not the price listed. He stated they did not have those cups anymore. If I could give this a 0 star I would. Horrible customer service and poor excuse for a business owner. I recently purchased a bottle of Blantons bourbon to complete my husbands collection. I was extremely excited to hear they had a bottle and it was the letter I was looking for as a display but since my husband was next door at Publix I asked if I could purchase it and come back the following day. They agreed. It was under the counter since it is rare here so I never saw the bottle, never thought anything about it, and paid.... read more
