I'm a bit confused about the other reviews. I have been in here a couple of times browsing then bought some ale last week. On every occasion the staff have always been nothing but kind and polite, especially the young woman (LK) who served me last week. Even though ale wasn't her thing (which is fine), she was so friendly, polite, and engaging, it was a real joy to meet her.
