Very rude clerk. My mom went in to buy a lotto ticket and claim her winnings from scratchers, but the clerk seemed annoyed from the start. He questioned the validity of the scratchers instead of simply scanning them to check, and then told her to go to the back of the line just to purchase a lotto ticket. The whole interaction felt unnecessary and unprofessional.
