Fantastic ride. Not just for us, but also our horses. The captain and his crew were wonderful. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.
Purchased tickets online and picked up at ticket window. Teenager handed me tickets. I had to ask her where to go, where to park, etc. She offered nothing. Finally she said, turn right as soon as you exit. Not exactly. Nothing there. I walked across the parking lot and saw two ferries. Not a single staff person there and no area to board (both roped off). After a 15 minute wait, finally saw a staff member exit one of the ferries and asked for instructions to board. Very fun ride to Island they were very busy on the weekend we went
they were very friendly and very efficient with handling our bikes and luggage. Free parking was very good as well. We will definitely use them again.
