We were presented with a reasonable refinance option. After deciding to move forward, we communicated that we had a deadline to meet and were assured that we would meet it. They then took a week vacation and no work was done on our file. When they got back they rushed to meet our deadline (which then got delayed), only to find out after all that the refinance wasn’t going to work. AFTER we paid $600 for the appraisal.
