1 star rating is too good for this company. Poor communication, does not follow instructions, lies on a regular basis. Paperwork regularly gets “lost”. Time frames agreed which are not followed through. Very poor time management. Members of staff leaving on a regular basis. Yet they still want you to pay the agreed fee! Please do not allow this company to deal with any of your finances.

Vaughan was very helpful and informative. He made sure that I understood everything that was in my settlement letter and took the time to explain things I would never have been able to understand on my own. Vaughan also helped me very last minute which I am very thankful for. I would definitely recommend his services especially if you are going through redundancy and have a settlement agreement.

My wife and I engaged Dawn at Star Legal to handle our house sale and purchase this summer and the experience was nothing short of terrible. As our mortgage had almost a year left to run on a very low interest rate, we were porting the mortgage to our new property and sticking with that lender. What Star Legal didn't tell us, was that they weren't on our lender's panel which, as a layperson, I didn't even know was a thing. It wouldn't have been my 1st choice, due mostly to the "dodgy sounding name", but we were looked after well that being said. They need to work on a better company name though. I mean, you could expect them to do Driveways, fascias, guttering, and tree cutting too.
