My experience with this consultancy was extremely disappointing. The staff appeared to have very little knowledge about the immigration process. Almost every question was answered with the same line: "Sir ko puch ke batata hu." Unfortunately, even after checking with their , I rarely received clear, accurate, or confident answers. If you call their customer service, they transfer your call to Harman(Jaskaran SIr). On one occasion, I called around 1:00 PM, even though the office was open until 5:00 PM. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! 0 star minus ratings.. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Star Immigration Consultant. We paid a huge amount for their services, expecting professional guidance with our immigration matters. He didn't able to get a offerletter for my friend from any college in 2 months period. I told him in april that his ielts will expire this october. He was only preferring the private college for him for which even he is not sure that the person will get work permit after studing from that college or not. I have one more case with him for a visitor visa which was also refused.
