They literally went and bought models that I have from Costco for 15$ and marked them up to $50. Unorganized and not the best service I’ve seen.
The First time I’ve been there was horrible, I walked in and never was greeted at the door and everything is disorganized and scattered across the store. I was hoping they would have more RC cars but they only had marked up model trains and a bunch of used model cars. They did have a lot of Traxxas stuff but it was market up by a lot. I hope this changes in the near future.
Train supplies is not really organized. Asked for a model that their website said they had. It was not there. Employee said that website hasn't been updated in months. Only reason I go there is that it is the closest train store to me and they have all of the track that I need.
