We recently stopped by Star Furniture just to browse, but unfortunately the experience was more uncomfortable than helpful. Autumn greeted us right as we walked in, which is expected — no issue there. But even after we told her we were just looking around, she immediately launched into a long sales pitch that lasted several minutes. We weren’t giving off signs that we wanted to be approached beyond a quick greeting — no questions, no engagement — but she kept going. Jennifer was an amazing sales person! She was patient while we shopped and was very informative! She had us sold when she used a key to scratch a chair to prove it was scratch resistant. We bought the entire set.
