My wife and I purchased a sectional in the middle of November. As far as purchasing the sectional, we had a great experience and even talked about purchasing a new bed once we received our sectional. We were told delivery would be 8-12 weeks. Had a great experience. Autumn was super helpful and enjoyable to work with.
Matt was a five star salesman. Was very nice and helpful. But overall our experience with delivery hasn’t been great. It felt like we have had to call a lot to get things moving. We were told 6 weeks at the most for our furniture delivery and we are about to enter week 10 and are still missing our large sofa. This has been a huge inconvenience as we just had a new born and have been left without enough furniture for visitors to sit and meet comfortably with the baby.
