Debbie was a great sales associate! She showed genuine enthusiasm as I worked through making a selection for a sectional and was helpful with the delivery information. My couch was delivered within 2 days of purchase which is unheard of these days due to COVID. Star even gave me an additional discount because I bought a floor model. It looks beautiful in our home! More pillows to come...

Last Sunday I had a great experience visiting the store. I was looking around not planning to buy anything when suddenly I had a question and was looking for some help. That's when the experience turned into a great event as Parvin helped me. Her great customer service making me feel welcome and not complaining about all my qjestions were enough to chamge my mond and left the store after buying 2 sofas.
They have a large selection. My sales associate, Hartley, was very very helpful and patient. Thank you!

Wonderful service and furniture! I was hoping to find a couch with some color - the furniture throughout the store is brown, beige, and grey. It would be a good idea if they had furniture in a variety of colors and patterns.
