I went into Bel-Furniture on 8/3/2024 around 12noon.Initially upon entering I got a a bad impression. I felt overlooked because I was passed over by 3 employees. Nobody greeted asked if I needed help etc. I decided to make my way to the second-floor and see if I could help myself. I was instantly greeted by Larry Cheneay(who, even though already assisting someone) stopped greeted me, said give me one moment. He returned to assist me with my needed. Excellent customer service
The sales representative was very polite, considerate and knew how NOT to annoy the customer by following them around. She helped us pick out a sectional sofa for our TV room and a love seat and a recliner for our living room. We are going back for a desk tomorrow.

A wonderful selection to choose from. We bought a dining table and chairs. The associate David was great helping us decide. He didn’t pressure us and gave us all the time we needed to make our selection. Thank You Star and David.
