Great people to work with. I wish they had more expeditions, but they have plenty of other cars to choose from. They definitely work with you if you're unsure what size car you need and give great suggestions. I ask a ton of questions and they go out of their way to answer all of them.
Accommodating locally owned business with reasonable rates.
I rented a truck on July 9th to pick up a side by side in Wisconsin. Kim the rental agent was fantastic. She was able to prepare all the paperwork ahead of time so all I had to do was sign and drive away. The truck I rented was spotless. Overall a great experience and a great value.
Star Ford Rentals is the way to go. They’re easy to work with, reliable, and straightforward. If they say they’ll have a vehicle for you, you can actually count on it—unlike Enterprise, where I’ve been burned more than once. I’ll stick with Star Ford from now on. Highly recommend.
My co worker told me about Star Ford, and Cody was right. They are a better option than enterprise. I'm very happy with the whole process.
