Literally the best experience I have ever had. Amanda with the loan department absolutely amazing!!! The communication was phenomenal. When we had to go into the bank to sign documents Andrea was so helpful had everything ready to go. David with loan department was coordinating with Amanda from the McKenzie location and I truly cannot express how great this entire process was.
Amanda & David both took care of me . They made sure I was taken care of and got me done even when other major banks couldn’t .
David assisted me in getting through the somewhat cumbersome online membership tool, plus he helped me get a car loan processed and moving toward approval. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and personable. Great experience and thinking about moving all my accounts from Ally The teller (missed her name) handling my new savings account activation, ID, signature and SFCU online app knew what she was doing for a timely process
